About CoZo Wellness Founder, Giselle Lopez
Giselle is a Reiki Master, Transformational Coach, and Founder of CoZo Wellness. Giselle was born in the Bronx, and raised in Inwood also known as “The Heights". Raised by her strong, loving, traditional Puerto Rican parents, she is the youngest of six children. Giselle has three brothers and two sisters. While still a New Yorker at heart, she currently lives in Connecticut with her son Cortez and daughter Zoe.
Giselle studied Organizational Management and received her Bachelor of Science from the Business School at Mercy College. With over twenty years' experience in Human Resources, Giselle has spent a majority of her career, developing and facilitating leadership trainings, managing succession planning, mentoring staff, coaching leaders and spearheading employee engagement initiatives. At her corporate job Giselle specializes in helping people identify and achieve their professional goals. Through CoZo Wellness Giselle assist clients in achieving personal goals by coping with issues that are causing them distress and upset.
Although Giselle was raised on western medicine, in 2013 a friend and doctor introduced her to essential oils. This introduction transformed how she viewed and approached wellness. With this in mind Giselle opened CoZo Wellness, named after her children. She believes in transforming the lives of her clients' with a hands on holistic approach. Her passion is to create a safe environment for her clients' to holistically heal in Mind, Body and Spirit resulting in their Freedom!
CoZo Apothecary is an online wellness shop, also inspired and named after her children. All products are made in Connecticut and currently ship in the US. We are committed to providing our customers affordable, holistic alternatives for their wellness and self care needs. Our products are made with Raw Butters, Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, and Carrier Oils.
